The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is Vertexnova Technologies Limited. You can reach us at vertexnova.limited@gmail.com for every question about data protection.
Legal
This policy is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR wherever they apply.
The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is Vertexnova Technologies Limited. You can reach us at vertexnova.limited@gmail.com for every question about data protection.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you open a page, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data in server logs: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring address and your browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the website and to keep it secure against attacks and misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is kept by the hosting provider only for a limited period.
Fonts are delivered from our own server; your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other font service.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. To play the short intro animation only once per visit, your browser stores a single technical flag in its session storage. It contains no personal data, never leaves your device and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab.
When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, email address, optionally organisation and phone number, the selected sector and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to prepare a project. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox as an email via the email delivery service Resend, Inc. (USA). Our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail). If the form cannot deliver your message itself, it opens your own email program with the message prepared; in that case the message is sent through your email provider. The same applies when you write to us directly by email.
We delete enquiry data once it is no longer needed for the purpose described, unless statutory retention obligations — for example for business correspondence — require us to keep it for longer.
The service providers named above may process data in the United States. Where this is the case, the transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, write to vertexnova.limited@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
All pages and form submissions are transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
We update this policy when the website or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
